Solid stay near the beach
neat decoration really good staff excellent meal friendly atmosphere
the public areas had neat decorations and cleanliness. The staff provided really good support during my travel difficulties. Liz at reception helped me get to the airport. The bistro provided excellent meals and a friendly atmosphere.
The floors creaked quite a bit, and i heard other guests in the corridor at night.

free parking comfy bed thin wall air con
I had a single room, and it was a great size! the bed provided a comfy night's sleep. the location is easy to find for anyone new to the area. lots of free parking spaces were available. It worked on a first come, first served basis.
The room felt terribly stuffy, as there was no air conditioning. it was also quite noisy. I could hear everything happening above me all night. the walls seemed very thin. it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Excellent Stay Close to Fistral Beach
easy access clean pool table tennis nice view
The hotel provides easy access to Fistral Beach and Crantock Beach. The swimming pool was clean and warm. I appreciated the table tennis facilities a lot. I also found the window view to be nice.
During the day there were moments when the bar was unattended, requiring a visit to reception for service.

I found the food in the Sixty Bistro excellent. Breakfast offered good variety at the buffet, also it included freshly cooked food to order. I enjoyed the experience of having meals there.

Excellent Stay!
helpful staff sea view comfortable bed clean hallways
The cute reception staff were lovely and very helpful. My room had a beautiful light and a fine sea view! I found the bed and pillows quite comfortable. Everything smelled fresh and clean in the hallways and in my room, I really liked it!!!
The hotel seemed to have a lot of seagulls, quite noisy at night.

I booked a table into the Bistro and the breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was a very good choice of gluten-free meals and other meals. The bar and restaurant are super cosy, great for winding down in the evening.

The hotel boasts a properly dog-friendly environment, great for people with pets. The swimming pool was super maintained and well-kept , I saw staff cleaning and taking care of it all the time! This hotel has a great location.

dirty room stained walls
The breakfast was recommended and it did NOT disappoint.
The room and bathroom was very tired. I think the room was not clean, and desperately needed a thorough scrub. The shower also needed cleaning REALLY WELL. Stained walls, curtains, and skirting boards were CLEARLY visible.

this hotel offered a really good experience. the staff were very friendly and helpful from reception to check-out. i enjoyed eating at the sixty bistro. the prices in the bistro were very affordable.
the entertainment advertised was bingo on the third night, even though the receptionist was not informed about it.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

I had a great break here! The hotel is a short walk to the beach and I found it great for boarding. My daughter really enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table. I used the pool area a lot. It is very nice.
The rooms aren't serviced at all unless you stay four or more nights, when you could request a refresh. I had to pay £10 per night for parking up front, but there was no guarantee of a space. Rust and mold were around the bathroom.
